  My wife passed away at home after a long battle with cancer.
  The staff was pleasant and helpful on the phone. The gentleman who picked up the body was patient and respectful. The staff onsite was helpful and professional. The remains were available for pickup 48 hours later.
  Well done for a reasonable cost.

  Unprofessional, patronizing, careless, rude and stupid. Zero Follow-up, Zero Follow through - it's all about the money.
  
  Be careful with the obituary and I, would strongly recommend you deal with the news papers directly. This will keep the tiny advertisement on your dime at the bottom of your loved ones obituary and insure you get what you want & pay for.
  
  Buy your cremains urn elsewhere and be certain of all you bases are covered. Shop on Amazon, eBay or even a local "mart" store. You will save about 75% of the money or your loved one will not be treated with dignity (Stuffed into a cheap cardboard box!!)
  
  Without using profanity it is difficult to properly express my dis-satisfaction however, I am sure you understand.
  
  If someone does a good job normally they tell 2 or 3 people but when someone does a bad job you tell everybody.
